GAME RULSET LAST UPDATED: July 28, 2019
DLC Characters and patches policy
- For all fighting games run by ChipDamage, DLC Characters are tournament legal if they have been released for more than a week prior to a tournament.
- Tournaments are to be run on the latest patch of the game even if released within one week prior to a tournament. This is due to the difficulty in preventing updates from being applied with the Playstation 4’s background updates and the inability to revert a game to an older patch version once updated.
