Fight for the Future 2018 (June 23, 2018)

ChipDamage, Manitoba Smash 4 and Games on Campus’ charity tournament event returns in 2018. We will bring a bunch of fighting game tournaments to raises funds for the Sick Kids Foundation! Come out and play fighting games for a good cause!

If you’ve never attended an FFTF event in the past, it is a tournament event where all proceeds go towards charity.

For Smash 4 Singles, the event is an Arcadian event. As such, no player who has been on the Smash 4 Power Rankings from 2017-2018 seasons are allowed to enter. This list of players not allowed to enter the main bracket are as follows:

*Strike, Ragna, Jackson, ItsSonic, uwu_chris, Pie Flavor, Flame, Kerbooples, Phili, Bo_flex, Frededish*

Manitoba Smash 4 will be raffling off a Nintendo Switch Console at the event! To enter, you simply have to enter 1 of Smash 4’s 3 events, and you get 1 entry. Entering 2 or all 3 events will also give 2-3 entries respectfully.

We’ll also be allowing the purchase of 3 extra entries for a total of 6. Each extra entry will cost $5. Side Note: all players banned from Arcadian Singles will be able to purchase 1 extra entry so to make it fair for them when it comes to the draw.

Pre-Registration is not required, but is highly recommended as you will help brackets start sooner and give the TOs information to work with prior to the event and speed up the registration process. This information can also help us better schedule and accommodate future game lineups.
